What you'll find here

Every piece is made by hand – from the first conversation to the final polish.

  1. Three gold rings: two with a hammered finish, one finely matted with a small set stone

    Wedding rings

Rings you will wear every day, for a lifetime – so they should suit you perfectly: your hands, your everyday life and the two of you. We take our time over shape, width, surface and material until it feels right. Then I make your rings in my workshop.

  2. Shop window display: necklaces, pendants, earrings on small stands and jewellery on busts

    Jewellery in the shop

Not every piece has to be commissioned: in the shop you'll find finished jewellery from my workshop – necklaces, pendants, earrings and more. Take your time, try things on and take home what you like. Just drop by during opening hours.

  3. Ring with a pale band and a pear-shaped pale blue stone in a gold setting, resting on a branch with moss and lichen

    Bespoke jewellery

A piece that exists only once: for the birth of a child, a milestone birthday or simply for yourself. Bring whatever you have – a sketch, a photo, a stone or just an idea – and together we turn it into a design that I make by hand.

  4. Necklace of small pink pearls with gold spacers; the pendant is a red stone in a teardrop-shaped gold frame, with a small clear stone above it

    Remodelling & repairs

Inherited jewellery often stays in a drawer because it no longer suits you. An old ring can become a new one, a brooch can become a pendant – the memory stays, and the piece is worn again.

If something is broken – a snapped chain, a bent ring, a loose stone – just bring it in during opening hours. I'll take a look and tell you what can be done.

About me

At the workbench, an idea becomes something you can hold in your hand

I'm Franka van Dijk, a goldsmith. I work alone in my workshop in the Wiehre: I advise you, design and make every piece myself.

My ideas often come from nature – from grown forms, from what fades and from what remains. The result is jewellery that doesn't follow fashion but is meant to be worn for a long time. I use sustainable and ethically sourced materials.

The workshop

You'll find the workshop at Günterstalstraße 27, in the heart of the Wiehre. At the front, on the old wooden floorboards, we sit at the table and talk about your ideas. Through the arch behind, you can see the workbenches where your jewellery is made.
